I made this cake for a Premier Jewelry convention. I made the cake out of red velvet cake with cream cheese icing. I molded milk chocolate into the shape of a box and then made the Premier logo out of icing and fondant. I used fondant and various candies to make the jewelry, held together by gum glue, and then colored them using a mixture of vanilla extract and gold/silver pearl dust.
